At times in our lives we may feel particularly dissatisfied or unhappy. We may not feel comfortable speaking to our family or friends about this and previous ways of coping don’t seem to bring any relief. This is when my knowledge, skill and compassion as a Counselling and Psychotherapy practitioner can help.
